April 30: SPRING DEADLINE
Get ready for the new Lab spring deadline: April 30, 2010. In order to apply please do the following:
- Attend the Application Prep and Communicating Your Idea workshops
- Download the Proposal Application Form (save it to your hard drive)
- Name the file as LastNameFirstName.doc (i.e. SmithJane.doc)
- Complete the proposal application answering the questions in 10 pages or less
- Once finished, resave your document and e-mail it as an attachment (Word document) to apply@civicinnovationlab.org.
We will notify you regarding application receipt. Your proposal must be received no later than 11:59pm on April 30, 2010 to be eligible for consideration. No additional attachments will be accepted.

TiE Ohio / GCA Portfolio Showcase
What are the newest startups in Cleveland? Who are the innovators behind them? Which industries are attracting investment? In a down economy, entrepreneurship is booming. Come and see what Cleveland has to offer! In addition to four company presentations, there will be more than ten startups featured in the exhibit area.
This event is FREE and open to entrepreneurs and investors but you MUST register online!

April 10: Minds Matter of Cleveland
Minds Matter of Cleveland has launched its second year of programming, adding 12 new students and 30 new young professional volunteers! They're holding a fundraising event for volunteers, colleagues and supporters to raise money for their students.
A $25 donation (paid at the door) gets you three hours of drinks and appetizers.
